VISION FOUNDATION

Registration Act, 1860 in 1994. It is also recognized under
Section 80 G of the Income Tax Act and registered under the
Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA). |

| Since its inception in 1994, the foundation has been operating
as a national philanthropy in India and is an independent, non-profit,
nongovernmental organization. It has received grants in aid
for its various community-based programs and operations from
various Donors, including the World Bank and the World Food
Programme, and from national government and public sector undertakings
such as the Min. of Rural Development and Food Corporation of

in the areas of Alternative Livelihoods generation, Cooperatives
Development, Slum development, Environment, Education, Solid
